2. What that means for you
Termspring is a name Nullshift Development Ltd trades under, not a separate company. So whenever these pages say “we” or “Termspring”, they mean Nullshift Development Ltd:
- Your agreement is with Nullshift Development Ltd, under the terms, and for Plus and Max the subscription terms.
- Payments on the web are taken by Nullshift Development Ltd, through Stripe. Card statements show TERMSPRING, and receipts name the company.
- Nullshift Development Ltd is the controller of your personal data, as the privacy notice explains.
- In the iPhone app, Apple sells the plans, and the App Store lists Nullshift Development Ltd as the developer.
